The structure of T10 polyurethane synchronous belt consists of three parts: belt back, tensile layer and tooth.

(1) T10 polyurethane synchronous belt strap back

The back of the T10 polyurethane synchronization belt is used to bond and cover the tensile element, There should be good flexibility and flexure fatigue resistance, not easy to age, good oil resistance, wear resistance, in the inner surface of the T10 polyurethane synchronous belt back with the appropriate size of the angular groove, in addition to the process requirements, but also to improve the flexure fatigue performance of the belt, while in the process of operation between the belt and the teeth of the intercepted air escape, to eliminate some noise.

(2) Steel wire rope (or Kevlar wire) tensile layer

The tensile layer is the tensile element of the synchronization belt, which is used to transmit power and ensure that the synchronization belt remains unchanged during the working period. It adopts multiple strands of wire rope (or polyester wire rope) to wrap the cloth in a spiral shape along the width of the tape, and its position is set as the knot line of the synchronization belt. The tensile layer must have high tensile strength and bending fatigue strength. The modulus of elasticity is large, and no extension is allowed when working, so as to ensure that the pitch of the synchronization belt is unchanged.

(3) Polyurethane synchronous belt teeth

The teeth of T10 polyurethane synchronous belt should have high shear strength, good wear resistance and oil resistance. The pitch distribution of the belt teeth is very demanding, and the belt teeth should be engaged correctly with the tooth groove of the belt wheel, so the correctness of the geometric parameters of the belt teeth should be strictly required. T10 polyurethane synchronous belt is famous for its excellent oil resistance and wear resistance. It is suitable for high-speed operating occasions with small and medium power. The environment should be relatively dry and the working temperature is generally -20 ~ +80 C.
