In the level of product quality, pay more attention to the timely use of international standards and foreign advanced standards. At present, there are more than 30 product national standards or industry standards. These national or industry standards are basically developed with reference to international standards or foreign advanced standards. From the sampling situation, the strength and width level of China’s flame retardant conveyor belt is still low. In addition, there is still a certain gap between the actual service life and appearance quality of China’s conveyor belt and the advanced level of foreign countries, which are the direction of our future efforts. The quality of automotive V-belt products needs to be further stabilized and improved, the fatigue life of the V-belt is still a certain gap with the advanced level of foreign countries, and the V-belt with the edge still occupies a certain proportion, so the pace of replacement should be accelerated.

Since the reform and opening up, China’s tape industry continues to expand foreign cooperation, actively introduce foreign investment, has established a number of joint ventures or sole proprietorship enterprises, these enterprises due to the advantages of capital and technology, technical equipment is generally better, high product quality, has a certain impact in the industry.

2. Production technology level

At present, the overall development level of China’s tape industry is basically synchronized with the international advanced level. Some large and medium-sized tape enterprises have introduced a batch of more advanced tape production equipment and technology from developed countries and regions such as Europe, America and Japan, and at the same time, on the basis of digestion and absorption, they have innovated and developed a batch of tape production technology and equipment close to the international advanced level and with Chinese characteristics, gradually making China’s tape production technology level on a new level, close to the international advanced level. In addition, the emergence of a number of joint ventures and sole proprietorship enterprises has also promoted the improvement of the technical level of tape production in our country.

However, due to capital, system, management and other reasons, the development of the production technology level of China’s tape enterprises is still unbalanced, and the equipment and technical level of some enterprises are still relatively backward. Compared with the advanced level of tape production technology in China, the relatively large gap is also reflected in the detection means. At present, the static test means of some large and medium-sized tape enterprises in China are still basically complete, but the dynamic test means are generally lacking, especially the conveyor belt with a variety of dynamic test equipment, basically still belongs to the blank, the dynamic testing machine for the transmission belt, the introduction from abroad has gradually aging, the domestic needs to further improve the quality, in order to ensure the quality level of our tape products, The backward detection situation needs to be changed urgently.

From the perspective of foreign markets, it also provides development opportunities for China’s tape industry. In recent years, the world economy has shown a trend of recovery, and the momentum of economic recovery in developed countries has exceeded expectations. Experts predict that the world economy will maintain a moderate recovery trend, which will have a greater positive impact on our economy and foreign markets, which is conducive to the export of tape products.
